At age 16 he was working in his first professional kitchen with JW Marriot, and at 19, he made his first Food Network debut. Now, Chef Matt is the National Executive Chef for the world’s largest food and beverage company. He has over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry. He’s honed his skills and expertise in high-intensity kitchens, large-scale operations, and executive-level consulting. “I help guide you to a land of higher profits, systems, and hospitality that works.
