Chef Matthew Jordan

Chef Matthew Jordan’s childhood dream was to have his own cooking show. By the age of nine he was cooking on television. At age 16 he was working in his first professional kitchen with JW Marriot, and at 19, he made his first Food Network debut. Now, Chef Matt is the National Executive Chef for the world’s largest food and beverage company. He has over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry. He’s honed his skills and expertise in high-intensity kitchens, large-scale operations, and executive-level consulting. “I help guide you to a land of higher profits, systems, and hospitality that works. I create craveable menus and culture that sells across America. Bringing the restaurant family together, my purpose is you—my customer.”

He prides himself on innovating menus by deconstructing food, harvesting the finest ingredients and transforming nothing into something extraordinary. This style has clearly served him well – the Chopped Champion and seasoned Food Network competitor, has appeared in 12 competitions over 11 years, winning four. Chef Matt’s bringing that drive, innovation and passion to our team. We’re all sure to win from it.
