Meat is always the first ingredient is all MINOR'S® meat and poultry bases.
Sediments occur because our products are made from real meat. What you are seeing are actual pieces of beef, chicken, turkey depending on the flavor.
Pork Base can be great to enhance pork flavor in marinades, sauces, noodle bowls, collard greens and beans. Ham Base can be used to replace bacon. It’s delicious mixed with cream cheese and scallions on a bagel!

There are many options beyond our Vegetable bases, such as Mushroom base, Vegetable Reduction and Vegetarian Consommé Prep that are all flavorful vegetable options. We also have a variety of vegetable flavored Flavor Concentrates, such as Roasted Garlic or Chipotle Flavor Concentrates.

HPP stands for High-pressure processing and is used to achieve high quality finished good standards. MINOR'S® uses a restricted zone (air-lock system) with controlled traffic flow of both people and materials. Separate, segregated high-hygiene area with HEPA-filtered air for finished product to be packaged.
The meat used in Pork Base is lean, boneless pork loin. The meat used in the Ham Base is cured and smoked ham. The Ham Base has different herbs and spices added to enhance the flavor as would be expected in cooked ham.
