The meat used in Pork Base is lean, boneless pork loin. The meat used in the Ham Base is cured and smoked ham. The Ham Base has different herbs and spices added to enhance the flavor as would be expected in cooked ham.
There are many options beyond our Vegetable bases, such as Mushroom base, Vegetable Reduction and Vegetarian Consommé Prep that are all flavorful vegetable options. We also have a variety of vegetable flavored Flavor Concentrates, such as Roasted Garlic or Chipotle Flavor Concentrates.

MINOR'S® uses a restricted zone (air-lock system) with controlled traffic flow of both people and materials. Separate, segregated high-hygiene area with HEPA-filtered air for finished product to be packaged.
