Fire Roasted Poblano-Strawberry Tabbouleh


  • Olive Oil

  • Lemon Juice

  • Minor’s Fire Roasted Poblano Flavor Concentrate

  • Bulgur wheat, cooked

  • Scallions, sliced

  • Strawberries, small diced

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Fresh mint, chopped

  • Cucumber, deseeded, small diced

  • Chicken, grilled, sliced

  • Hummus, prepared

  • Pita wedges, warmed

Build It

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and Minor’s Fire Roasted Poblano Flavor Concentrate.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bulgur wheat, scallions, strawberries, parsley, mint, and cucumber.
  3. Pour the olive oil mixture over the bulgur mixture and stir to combine. For best results, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  4. Plate tabbouleh alongside pita, chicken, and hummus.
