Middle Eastern Chicken Tacos


  • Toasted spices or Achaar (Brooklyn Delhi)

  • MINOR’S® Chicken Base

  • Kefir

  • Cilantro

  • Mint

  • Roasted Peanuts

  • Ginger

  • Jalapenos

  • Sugar

  • Lemon Juice

  • Yogurt

  • Cucumber

  • Red onions

  • Red wine vinegar

  • Mini naan

Build It

  1. Create rub using the toasted spices, chicken base and kefir.
  2. Rub onto chicken breast and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Pickle onions using the red wine vinegar heated to a simmer.
  4. Make chutney by simmering the peanuts, ginger and jalapeños in sugar and water.
  5. Make raita by mixing sliced cucumbers with lemon juice, yogurt, chopped mint and cilantro.
  6. Grill chicken.
  7. Build taco: layer chutney, sliced chicken, pickled onions, and raita.
