
Sweet Chili Shrimp Po’ Boy

French bread rolls, split, toasted

Build It
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fresh ginger, and olive oil. Season with salt to taste.
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, jalapenos, and fresh cilantro. Pour in the lime juice mixture, toss. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sesame oil in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Fry the shrimp and toss in a bowl with MINOR’S® Sweet Chili Ready-To-Use sauce.
- In each French bread roll, spread a layer of sesame mayo. Top with tomato slices, white onion slices, slaw, and fried sweet chili shrimp.
