This is where it all began for us. A dream to make flavorful soups that taste like they have been simmering for hours, but are ready in a fraction of the time. We’ve grown so much since then, but we still have a weakness for soup. We love its versatility, its timelessness, and the comfort it brings. Ingredients

Moroccan-Inspired Root Vegetable Stew

Build It

  1. Sauté vegetables until they show a bit of color.
  2. Cover with water and add Vegetable Stock.
  3. Simmer with spices until tender. Adjust seasoning until vegetables are al dente and broth is slightly thick.
  4. Serve over couscous.
Country French Chicken Noodle Soup

Country French Chicken Noodle Soup

Build It

  1. Sauté vegetables in oil until soft. Add chicken and continue to cook 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add Classical Reductions Reduced Chicken Stock, hydrated to your preference.
  3. Add Herb de Provence to taste, season with fresh black pepper and chopped parsley.
  4. Optional: add cooked egg noodle, rice, and vegetable zoodles.
Vegetarian Ocean Chowder

Vegetarian Ocean Chowder

Build It

  1. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery until soft.
  2. Add in the dulse.
  3. Add potatoes, milk, Vegetable Base and Culinary Cream. Simmer until potatoes are soft.
  4. Serve with crackers.

  • Butter Or, make it free of dairy by using olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil

  • Leeks, white and light green part only

  • White onion

  • Red onion

  • Green onion

  • Shallot

  • Garlic clove

  • Dry sherry

  • Chopped chives

  • Croutons

Build It

  1. Sauté all onions and leeks in butter until soft and caramelized.
  2. Add garlic and dry sherry.
  3. Add Chicken Base, hydrated to your preference.
  4. Simmer to blend flavors.
  5. Finish with chopped chives and croutons.
