Build It

  1. Poach the chicken breasts or thighs in water or stock until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Slice the chicken or shred into large pieces.
  3. Divide the cooked rice noodles between bowls.
  4. Top with sliced or shredded chicken.
  5. Ladle over prepared, hot pho broth to fill bowl.
  6. Garnish with carrots, scallions, herbs, jalapeños, mushrooms, and lime wedge.
