Build It
- Season pork belly and cook accordingly. Keep warm.
- Prepare pickled vegetables, other garnishes. Set aside.
- Steam quinoa or rice with Pork Base. Keep warm.
- Prepare bowl with rice/quinoa and pork belly. Layer with pickled vegetables, garnishes and Basil Pesto
