Grilled Harissa Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • Shrimp 

  • MINOR’S® Harissa Sauce

  • Hummus

  • Cucumber, medium dice, seeded

  • Pearl onions, peeled and charred

  • Feta cheese, crumbled

  • Mint, chiffonade

  • Lemon

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Build It

  1. Marinade the shrimp in Harissa for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
  2. To make the salad: combine the cucumber, onion, mint, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Grill shrimp and serve on a bed of hummus topped with the cucumber salad.
  4. Garnish with feta.
