Loaded Banh Mi Fries


  • Sweet potato waffle fries

  • Scallions, sliced

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Mayonnaise (preferably Japanese Mayonnaise)

  • MINOR’S® Lemongrass BBQ Drizzle

  • Sesame seeds, toasted

Build It

  1. Fry sweet potatoes until crispy. Season lightly with salt.
  2. Transfer fries to a serving vessel and top with scallions, cilantro, and dollops of mayo.
  3. Drizzle fries with MINOR’S® Lemongrass BBQ Drizzle.
  4. Top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
