Vietnamese Lemongrass BBQ Fried Rice


  • Neutral oil

  • Eggs, beaten 

  • Carrots, small diced

  • Garlic, fresh, minced

  • Shallot, minced

  • Jasmine rice, cooked, chilled 

  • Fish sauce 

  • Char Siu 

  • MINOR’S® Lemongrass BBQ Drizzle

  • Sweet peas, frozen, thawed

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped 

  • Fresh mint, chopped 

  • Lime juice 

Build It

  1. Heat neutral oil in a large skillet or wok.
  2. Add eggs and scramble. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  3. Wipe out the skillet and add more neutral oil. Cook carrots until tender.
  4. Add in shallots and garlic, cook until fragrant.
  5. Add in the rice, fish sauce, Char Siu, and MINOR’S® Lemongrass BBQ Drizzle. Cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly browned.
  6. Fold in the peas, cook until warmed throughout.
  7. Fold in the fresh cilantro, mint, and lime juice.
  8. Finish each serving with MINOR’S® Lemongrass BBQ Drizzle.
