Build It

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll or toss pizza dough, stretching it to a 9”-11” diameter.
  3. Spread alfredo sauce evenly across the pizza dough.
  4. Top with corn and pepper jack cheese.
  5. Bake until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove pizza from the oven, then top with MINOR’S® Chipotle Lime Drizzles.
  7. Garnish with cotija, scallions, cilantro and pickled red onions.
