Misoyaki Salmon and Whole Grain Bowl


  • Salmon

  • Mixed greens

  • Whole grains, cooked

  • Mushrooms, pickled

  • Radishes, shaved

  • Grilled broccoli florets

  • Nori sheets, julienned

  • 6-minute eggs, halved

  • Scallions, sliced thin on bias

Build It

  1. In a stainless-steel bowl, add mixed greens, grains, mushrooms, radishes, and broccoli together with olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Set aside.
  2. Season salmon pieces with salt.
  3. In a sauté pan over medium-high heat, add oil. When the oil shimmers, add salmon and sear until golden brown. Flip and continue to cook the salmon until it reaches the desired internal temperature.
  4. To assemble, add salad mixture to plate. Top with sautéed salmon pieces, nori, egg and scallions. Finish with MINOR’S® Misoyaki Drizzles and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
