Spicy Chipotle Beef Verde Bowl


  • Neutral Oil 

  • Poblano peppers, deseeded and cut into ½ inch pieces 

  • Fresh corn kernels 

  • Jalapeno, deseeded (optional), chopped 

  • Lime juice 

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped 

  • Kosher salt 

  • Beef, braised, shredded, warmed 

  • Mexican rice, prepared 

  • Pinto beans, drained, warmed, seasoned 

  • Romaine lettuce, shredded 

  • MINOR’S® Chipotle Lime Drizzle 

Build It

  1. Heat neutral oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add poblano, cook until tender. Set aside.
  2. Toss the fresh corn, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and salt together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. Place Mexican rice in the bottom of a bowl. Top with braised beef, sauteed poblano, pinto beans, romaine lettuce, corn salsa, and finish with MINOR’S® Chipotle Lime Drizzle.
