Build It

  1. Preheat the deep fryer to 350°F.
  2. Bread chicken in a flour-egg wash-flour sequence. Shake off any excess coating.
  3. Deep fry chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. To build the sandwich, top the heel of the biscuit with fried chicken, a slice of cheddar cheese, MINOR’S® Maple Bourbon BBQ Drizzles and pickles. Top with biscuit crown and serve.
